Community Survey

Sun Rivers Commons

Meranti Developments Ltd. is undertaking this community engagement to help determine what could be built at the Sun Rivers Village Centre, including both residential and commercial aspects. The goal is to ensure future development reflects community needs and market realities, and Meranti is doing this work thoughtfully and thoroughly. Input from Sun Rivers residents and local market stakeholders is essential at this stage.

As part of this work, two surveys are now live:

Residential Survey

This survey is intended for Sun Rivers residents and focuses on understanding community priorities related to future residential developments.

Commercial Survey

This survey is focused on gathering insight from realtors, brokers, and commercial stakeholders with knowledge of the Kamloops market and an eye to future need.

* In addition to the surveys, Meranti will be hosting an in-person Open House to provide more context on the development, share early concepts, and give residents an opportunity to ask questions and complete the survey in person.
